The Preschool At KU Killara Park Preschool, our vision is for all children to achieve their best in life – both now and in the future. The service takes regular outings into the surrounding park and Turpentine forest right at the services door step. The service has a focus on art and art making with a substantial art area which is available to children all day round. Our preschool is a welcoming and nurturing space where each child is immersed in a rich tapestry of educationally interactive experiences – a space where children are supported to be their own, unique selves, growing and developing a sense of belonging and empowerment. The Role To commence in Term 2, we have permanent part time position which will see you working Monday, Thursday and Fridays 7.6 hours each day. You will also gain access to additional casual hours through our KUCas system if desired. Ideally, you will have a current pedagogical lens and be influenced by contemporary practice, with good communication, and able to work as part of a medium size team. An interest in nature pedagogy or art pedagogy is also a bonus.
